Continuous Assessments and Examinations

  • Students will undergo continuous assessments, including monthly tests and three terminal examinations conducted in September, December, and April.

Promotion Criteria

  • Promotion to the next class is based on the student’s consistent progress throughout the academic year. Regular attendance is also crucial for promotion.

No Retests

  • Special tests, examinations, or practical sessions for students who are absent during the scheduled assessments or exams will not be entertained by the school.

Final Results

  • Results declared at the end of the academic year are final and will not be reconsidered under any circumstances.

Parental Responsibility for Progress Reports

  • Parents or guardians must sign the progress report and ensure that they review it carefully, particularly for subjects in which the student is underperforming. Parents are encouraged to support their wards in improving their performance in weak areas.

Timely Submission of Report Cards

  • Progress reports must be signed and returned to the class teacher within three days of receipt. Failure to do so will result in the student not being allowed to attend classes.

Failure Reports

  • Progress cards of students who fail to meet the required standards will be retained by the school. Parents are expected to respond to the school’s call and take appropriate action to support their child’s improvement.

Leave During Examinations

  • Leave during examination days will be granted only in exceptional cases, such as illness, which must be authenticated with valid documentation. However, no re-examinations will be conducted under any circumstances.
