Students will undergo continuous assessments, including monthly or mid term
tests and three terminal examinations conducted in September, December, and
April. Progress reports are sent to parents periodically to keep them informed
about the student’s academic performance and conduct.
Parental Responsibility for Progress Reports
Parents or guardians must sign the progress report and ensure that they review it carefully, particularly for subjects in which the student is underperforming. Parents are encouraged to support their wards in improving their performance in weak areas.
Timely Submission of Report Cards
Progress reports must be signed and returned to the class teacher within three days of receipt. Failure to do so will result in the student not being allowed to attend classes.
Failure Reports
Progress cards of students who fail to meet the required standards will be retained by the school. Parents are expected to respond to the school’s call and take appropriate action to support their child’s improvement.
Leave During Examinations
Leave during examination days will be granted only in exceptional cases, such as illness, which must be authenticated with valid documentation. However, no re-examinations will be conducted under any circumstances.
These rules aim to ensure a fair, consistent, and disciplined approach to assessments while fostering accountability among students and parents for academic performance.
