A child must have completed three years of age as of 31st July of the academic year
for admission to L.K.G.
A valid birth certificate, aadhar card and community certificate(if needed) must
be submitted during the admission process.
Medium of Instruction and Academic Year
The medium of instruction in the school is English.
The academic year begins in June and concludes in April of the following year.
Admission Criteria for Other Classes
Admissions are open for K.G., and standards I to IX and XI.
The age criteria for direct admissions must be satisfied (e.g., 3+ for U.K.G., 5+ for
Standard I, and so on, as of 31st July of the admission year).
Students from unrecognized institutions are not eligible for admission.
It is mandatory to submit a xerox copy of the birth certificate, aadhar card and
community certificate(if needed) and the original transfer certificate at the time
of admission.
All xerox copies of certificates submitted must be attested by a Gazetted Officer, and
originals must be presented for verification.
Admission is granted based on performance in an *Assessment Examination*
conducted by the school.

Transfer Certificates
A Transfer Certificate is issued only after all dues, including school fees, are cleared.
A written application from parents (both husband and wife) is mandatory to initiate
the process.
Mid-Term Withdrawals
If a student leaves the school in the middle of a term, fees for the entire term must be paid in full.

Attendance and Enrolment
Students will not be allowed to attend classes unless they are formally enrolled.
